Our team is committed to delivering our knowledge and expertise of natural curls to our customers, from washing to styling. The Spirals team is not only trained in natural curls, we're also talented in all other hair types, from super straight to those super curls. Our salon culture is one of family. We consider our staff and clients part of that family. We're dedicated to lifelong learning and education in new styles and methods in our industry as we strive for perfection in our love for creating art you wear everyday.

Brittany Buzard
Brittany has been a licensed hairstylist for three years and is furthering her education by working through Spirals Salon's exclusive training program. In addition to haircuts and coloring, Brittany is also an experienced make-up artist and waxer. Brittany truly enjoys connecting with people while being able to express her artistic abilities. Her love and talent for hair and make-up are apparent in her work.

Tonja Chagaris
Having been in the industry for 17 years, specializing in naturally curly hair design, Tonja Chagaris has combined her imaginative and exciting approaches to hair design with successful salon management and retail sales to open a very successful salon in Tucson, AZ. Tonja first trained as an assistant under Rex Firkins at Rex Studio in Tucson. She then moved onto learning the Framesi and Redken Color Systems. Tonja then found a passion for learning under the Paul Mitchell core cutting and block coloring system, and has been continuing her education in this area along with learning the Colorcutting USA system under Scott Cole and Linda Yodice. Tonja has a passion for her work and can create a dynamite look for everyone whether they have super straight or super curly hair.

Chelsea Jansen
Having completed Spirals Salon's exclusive training program, Chelsea is continuing to push herself to new heights with her skills as a hair stylist and colorist. Chelsea has received further education from Framesi and Redken and participates regularly in monthly Paul Mitchell hair cutting and color classes, ensuring she is always up to date with new trends and techniques. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys traveling to the Rocky Mountains and helping foster for 'In The Arms Of Angels' a local dog rescue service in Arizona. Whether you want simple and elegant or fun and edgy, Chelsea will have you leaving the salon feeling good and looking gorgeous.

After being in the industry for over 30 years hair is still a passion for George. Following the completion of his training at the Carlos Valenzuela Academy, George continued to work with Carlos teaching advanced hair cutting and coloring. Complete training of Vidal Sasson Advanced Education, Toni & Guy Cutting, and Paul Mitchell Core Coloring and Cutting; as well as extensive knowledge of Redken Color and Paul Mitchell The Color collections allow George the flexibility as a stylist to adapt to all clients needs. Mastering in naturally curly hair, texture waving, clean crisp haircut lines, and coloring ensures your vision will be met with expertise and satisfaction. Beginning with a thorough consultation and ending with a blowdry style ensure that you leave looking and feeling absolutely amazing.

Loyal to the industry and his clients, Pierre has been a hair designer for over 25 years. His calm and relaxing domineer works well for people who like the gentle touch. He has superb talent for classic men's haircuts. He studied under Carlos Valenzuela and has had continuous education with Framesi and Paul Mitchell. Pierre enjoys nature in all its glorious forms, from skiing to hiking. He finds nature to be inspirational in his career and life.

Lori has been a stylist for over eleven years. Her proficiency in all areas of hair has come from consistent education throughout her career. Lori has contributed and directed several hair shows and was a Toni & Guy educator. In 2006, she was awarded first place in the men's haircut category from Toni & Guy. Her passion for continuous education leads her to many hair shows and seminars seeking out new and innovative cut and color techniques. Lori's belief in education did not stop at hairdressing. She graduated from the U of A in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences.

Joyce has been in the salon industry for over 25 years, specializing in spa manicures and spa pedicures. Over the years, clients have shown a true appreciation for Joyce's attention to detail, wonderful massage, and interest in making her clients' nails look their best. Joyce is also a master Reflexologist, having studied at the Institute of Reflexology and again under Father Joseph in the art of Chinese Reflexology. Taking care of people is at the heart of everything Joyce does. Whether it be improving her clients' nails and feet or transforming them for a wedding or special with all the latest trends and techniques, Joyce is always thinking of how to make her customer feel cared for and better off than when they walked in.
